The City of Pomona Neighborhood Services Department, Housing Services Division, is seeking a Lead Inspector and Risk Assessor to perform lead inspection and risk assessment services for various housing improvement projects. All properties are located within the City of Pomona and funding assistance is being provided under one or more funding sources to include: (1) Home Investment Partnership Program; (2) Community Development Block Grant; (3) Lead-Based Paint Hazard Reduction and Healthy Homes Grant Program; (4) Healthy Homes Production Grant Program ; (5) State CalHome Program; and (6) Permanent Local Housing Allocation program. The units may consist of single-family homes and multi-family units. DO NOT REGISTER FOR THIS SOLICITATION THROUGH A THIRD PARTY. PROPOSERS MUST BE LISTED ON THE CITY OF POMONA'S "PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS LIST" IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE. Per Section 2-971(2) of the Pomona City Code, any unauthorized contact by the Bidder during the bid process with an official or city employee, other than those shown on the bid, the Finance Director or Purchasing Manager, shall cause the Bidder to be immediately disqualified from participating in the bidding process.
