Renovation of a detention facility in Augusta, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
Replacement Liquid Propane Gas (LPG) Vaporizer Project A. At Potomac Highlands Regional Jail and Correctional Facility, there are two (2) existing liquid gas propane (LPG) gas vaporizer that is located at the propane farm. There is one (1) that was replaced in 2013 and the other was replaced in 2019. The one that was replaced in 2013, must be replaced with new. The contractor must remove the existing and replace with new. In addition, the contractor must also replace the regulator and piping. Additional information on the project is listed below. The facility is located at 355 Dolan Drive, Augusta, WV 26704. B. Existing liquid gas propane (LPG) vaporizer information: 1. The existing hot water heaters are manufactured by Alternate Energy Systems, Inc. 2. Model no. WB208 3. Serial no. WB 13-7616 4. Vaporizer capacity 208 GPH 5. W shield 154 7. HD. 154 8. Burner BTU 240,000 9. Vaporizer area 19 10. Square feet LP-Gas. Contractor must remove existing liquid gas propane (LPG) vaporizer and replace with new. The contractor must provide and install approximately 95-gallons of new Interstate Chemical OP-100 ethylene glycol, pre-blended with deionized water in a 40/60 ratio, shall be installed in the vaporizer to the proper level.
