Proposals are requested by the Erie County Department of Environment and Planning, Division of Sewerage Management (DEP/DSM) for a multi-year term agreement for various projects (work orders) in Erie County Sewer District Nos. 1 through 6 and 8. The top rated respondents will be selected to enter into a three (3) year term agreement for 2023, 2024, 2025 and at the County's discretion, it may extend this agreement by one (1) additional year. In accordance with Local Law No. 6, proposals are hereby invited for the subject project. The DEP/DSM emphasizes that declining to respond at any step of the procurement process prior to selection will not hinder firms from being solicited for future jobs. This invitation does not commit Erie County nor its DEP/DSM to accept any proposal, nor does it obligate Erie County for any costs associated with preparing or submitting proposals. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
