Renovation of a residential development in Rogers, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
Information for bidders can be emailed or picked up by calling Donna Johnston at (479) 621-1121 or emailing djohnston@rogersar.gov. Work consists of electrical, plumbing, repair work, roofing and flooring. The City of Rogers and the homeowner reserves the right to waive any formalities or to reject any and all bids deemed to be in the City's best interest. No bidder may withdraw his/her bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The City of Rogers encourages participation of (Sec. 3) low income/small, minority, and woman owned business enterprises in the procurement of goods, services, and construction, either as a general contractor or subcontractor. It is further requested that, whenever possible, majority contractors who require subcontractors seek qualified small, minority, and woman owned businesses to partner with them. The City of Rogers is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
