Rogers Water Utilities (RWU) is seeking annual Statements of Qualifications for engineering, land surveying, and architectural professional services for the period of January 1st - December 31st, 2023. Professional services may be required for design of water distribution systems, design of wastewater collection / treatment infrastructure, electrical systems, protective coating systems, as well as planning & modeling, geotechnical evaluation, construction inspection, surveying, architectural design of buildings and facilities, and other related areas. Evaluation and selection of firms for any specific project will be made in accordance with the procedures in Ark. Code. Ann 19-11-803 et. seq. Statement of Qualifications expenses shall be borne by the submitting firm. RWU and the Rogers Water and Sewer Commission reserve the right to reject any or all submittals and to waive any informalities The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
