Site work for a water / sewer project in Concho, Arizona. Working plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of October 19th, 2022, project received no bid. No definite date of rebid. The owner, is still evaluating options. Interested licensed Contractors are invited to bid on the following Livco Water Company potable water system projects located in the unincorporated community of Concho, Apache County, Arizona. Project 1: Purchase and install five fire hydrants. Project 2: Purchase and install two 6" water main gate valves. Project 3: Purchase and install a pressure reducing valve (PRV). Project 4: Various plumbing and equipment upgrades at Jones Booster Station including relocate booster pump, install flow meter, and replace air compressor. Project 5: Various electrical, plumbing, and equipment upgrades at Zuni Booster Station including relocate booster pump, install flow meter, install 6" gate valve, and installing conduit wiring. Field visits are required prior to submitting bids. Contractors may bid on any or all projects. These projects are funded through the Water Infrastructure Finance Authority (WIFA) of Arizona. Bidders must meet the WIFA requirements included in the bid packages. Qualified Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE)s are encouraged to submit a Bid(s). Emailed bids will also be accepted by Todd Allen at todd@vuwco.com by the stated deadline. Selection will be based on the lowest responsible and responsive bidder. Project no 2103.2
