Site work and paving for a road / highway in Everett, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Project Description: This contract work consists of providing all materials, labor, equipment, temporary facilities, and construction expertise required to conduct a 3" grind and pavement overlay of approximately 48,000-square feet of paved area at the District's Operations Center North End. Contractor will also be responsible for achieving appropriate pavement grades for adequate drainage. Location of work is 1802 75th Street SW, Everett, Washington. This project is dependent on weather conditions in October 2022. If weather does not permit completion of the work by October 31, 2022, the project will be cancelled and rebid in Spring of 2023. Contractors shall be on the District's Small Works Roster and currently Prequalified for Category: "Asphalt Paving" prior to bidding.
