Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Provo, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; for site work for a water / sewer project; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The Work consists of construction of the Don A. Christiansen Regional Water Treatment Plant 15 MG Reservoir, including the following: (1) replace the existing 48" butterfly valve, torque tube, floor stand, and actuator at the 15 MG Reservoir outlet sump; (2) replace the existing 6" mud valve, stem extension, and supports at the 15 MG Reservoir outlet sump; (3) replace the existing baffle curtains in the same configuration and install a new concrete curb structure to contain the baffle ballast; (4) replace existing FRP washdown piping with SCH 80 PVC piping; (5) clean and caulk existing construction joints of both the 15 MG and 2 MG reservoirs; and (6) repair corrosion and/or spalling on concrete and mechanical piping as needed. Central Utah Water Conservancy District reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any formality, or technicality in a Bid, and to make Award to the lowest responsive, responsible Bidder if deemed in the best interests of the Owner, or the public good; or as being nonresponsive to the requirements set forth herein, in Section 00 21 13, Instructions to Bidders, or on the grounds that a prospective Contractor is not qualified. Any Bid received from a Bidder who was not invited to bid or received after the closing time for receipt of Bids will be returned unopened. Est.
