Sealed bids are invited for the demolition of the buildings at the residential property at 1201 Riverside Drive, Newport News, VA. P. C. # IFB 242-23-00021, owned by Christopher Newport University, Newport News, VA 23606. The project is generally described as full demolition, removal, and disposal of the 2,495 square foot, two story (with partial basement) single family home, wooden decks attached to the house, 80 square foot pool equipment wooden frame shed, 225 square foot one story wooden frame workshop, underground pool, select trees, and pavers.
