The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to solicit statements of qualifications from qualified engineering firms for professional engineering and related services for a large diameter sewer trunk line rehabilitation project for the East Richland County Public Service District (District). The District will evaluate and rank the responses to the RFQ and issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) to the short-listed firms. The failure of firms to be short-listed for RFPs shall not be grounds for protest. Inquiries regarding this RFQ should be directed to Ed Schooler, Deputy Director for the District, at eschooler@ercpsd.net. The deadline for inquiries will be October 12, 2022 at 4:00 PM. No other employee of the District should be contacted regarding this RFQ.
