Sealed bids are invited for the construction of the Gainesville AHQ - Superintendent & Timekeeper's Office HVAC Installation (501-B2501-003) at 14831 Lee Highway, Gainesville, VA 20155. The project is generally described as the removal of existing packaged terminal air conditioning (PTAC) units and baseboard heating units and the installation of an electric ducted HVAC system and an insulated attic access ladder. The work includes but is not limited to structural, mechanical, electrical and other work as indicated in the contract documents. SET-ASIDES: This solicitation is a set-aside for DSBSD-certified small/micro business participation only. DSBSD certified small/micro businesses are those businesses that hold current small business certification from the Virginia Department of Small Business and Supplier Diversity DSBSD -certified women- and minorityowned businesses are also considered small businesses when they have received DSBSD small business certification.
