Reference number : 1644965 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-10-03 Submission sent electronically accepted: Nope THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAINT-CÔME-LINIÈRE requires offers for snow removal for the 2022-2023, 2023-2024, 2024-2025 seasons. Only bids from contractors having an establishment in Quebec or those having a business establishment in Ontario will be considered, for the purposes of awarding the contract, all in accordance with the agreement on the release of public markets in Quebec and the Ontario and holding, where applicable, the license required under the Building Act (RSQ, cB-11). The Municipality does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the tenders received. It declines all responsibility with regard to one or the other of the tenderers in the event of rejection of all the tenders and reserves the right to remove certain parts of the contract. The Municipality cannot be the subject of any lawsuit or claim for costs, losses or damages suffered as a result of such decisions.
