Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Wabamun, Alberta. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The underground sewage system at Wabamun Lake PP is original to the Park from the 1970's. The existing system requires root removal in approximately 50% of the system. The current manhole concrete risers and seals are degrading, causing leaks and blockage in the system beyond park operations staff’s ability to repair. Capital improvements are required to repair and address the infiltration and deterioration concerns. Work will include root removal, re-establishment of concrete rings, lining and sealing of tank, and repairs to inlet-outlet connection points.
