To provide and install piping, ductwork, ductwork accessories and HVAC controls system for the renovation of four (4) office spaces. All work on this Contract is to be completed within 90 days after the date of the Notice to Proceed. The selected contractor must comply with M/WBE goals. State University of New York goals are: 14% MBE and 16 % WBE participation of the total contract value.
