Description

Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in La Crosse, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The work for this project consists of selective demolition of existing landscape features and pavements; and construction of new landscape features and pavements between Front St. and 2nd St. adjacent to the Civic Center at 300 Harborview Plaza in La Crosse. Construction work includes but is not limited to the following: removal of existing concrete pavements, handrails, guardrails, light poles, bollards and trees. The work also includes site grading & topsoil; new stormwater drainage & irrigation systems; new concrete & masonry pavements; new lighting & controls; decorative limestone & aggregate; new custom metal archways with lighting; new flagpoles, trash receptacles, bollards, tables & railings; landscape plantings & site restoration. Construction administration services will be provided by ISG.
