Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Wildersville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
For the provision of goods/services to complete the office renovation project at Natchez Trace State Park, per the Specifications document. Any individuals with disabilities who wish to participate in public meetings such as a scheduled pre-response conference or other scheduled function should contact the Solicitation Coordinator to discuss any auxiliary aids or services needed. Such contact should be made no less than three (3) business days prior to the public meeting to allow time for the Solicitation Coordinator to provide needed aids or services. A single contract will be awarded for all line items to the respondent whose response meets the requirements and criteria set forth in this ITB at the lowest cost. This Contract shall be effective on October 18, 2022 ("Effective Date") and extend for a period of six (6) months after the Effective Date ("Term"). The State shall have no obligation for goods or services provided by the Contractor prior to the Effective Date. In no event, however, shall the maximum Term, including all renewals or extensions, exceed a total of sixty (60) months. The Contractor shall provide to the State a payment bond guaranteeing that the Contractor's subcontractors, laborers, and material suppliers will be paid for performance under this Contract with the additional obligation that such contractor shall promptly make payment of all taxes, licenses, assessments, contributions, penalties, and interest. The payment bond will be in an amount equal to twenty-five percent (25%) of the Maximum Liability, Written Dollar Amount ($Number). Term Extension. The State may extend the Term an additional period of time, not to exceed one hundred-eighty (180) days beyond the expiration date of this Contract, under the same terms and conditions, at the State's sole option. The State may reject any or all responses in its sole discretion. Additionally, the State may reject a response that: (a) qualifies the offer to provide goods or services as required by this ITB; (b) proposes alternative goods or services unless expressly requested by this ITB; (c) involves collusion, consultation, communication, or agreement among respondents; (d) includes information the respondent knew or should have known was materially incorrect; or (e) does not comply with the terms, conditions, specifications, or performance requirements of this ITB. Demolition - properly dispose of off- property unless otherwise noted 1) Remove carpet, sliding door panels, and demo walls at file room location. 2) Remove front desk. The park staff shall be responsible for the removal of displays and artifacts. The contractor will provide a Conex storage container while work is ongoing located on site in an area chosen by the park manager. This Conex will be delivered 1 month before work starts and picked up 1 month after completion of all work. The size of this Conex shall be 8 foot wide by 20- foot-long minimum. 3) Remove storefront door in file area. 4) Remove two package HVAC units, save for reuse by the park. Park staff shall pick up and store in their facilities after removal. 5) Remove all ductwork in the museum area and dispose of off park. 6) Remove bathroom fixtures including stall partitions. (Must be timed to allow one bathroom remain open during business hours). It may become necessary to close bathroom for up to 3 days while drain work is being completed and should be limited to 3 days or less.
