Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Waycross, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The work of this project consists of street repair and resurfacing of Beville Street from Dorothy Street to Hanover Drive; Crawford Street N. from Carswell Avenue to Ketterer Street; Hanover Drive Darling Avenue to Tebeau Street; Jane Street from Garlington Avenue to Perham Street; and Richmond Avenue/Suwannee Street from Atlantic Avenue to Dean Drive. More specifically the work includes, but is not limited to, mobilization/demobilization; grinding and pulverizing existing asphalt pavement and base material; base preparation and asphalt resurfacing; concrete curb & gutter; sidewalks with ADA compliant curb ramps; drainage improvements; grade adjustments at affected manhole and valve box covers; traffic control; pavement markings; raised reflective pavement markers and stop bars; water distribution system improvements with service restorations; complete surface restoration; and all other work and appurtenances required. Proposals received after the designated date and time will not be considered. No bid may be withdrawn after the closing time for receipt of bids for a period of sixty (60) days.
