Demolition, site work, paving, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Waycross, Georgia. Completed plans call for the addition of a educational facility; for the demolition of a educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; for the renovation of a educational facility; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
As of February 2, 2022, the project has been awarded. A timeline for construction has not been confirmed. The project scope of work will consist of, but is not limited to, the following: A 5,700 SF new addition to the existing air rifle range, 5,700 SF renovation of the existing air rifle range, 5,700 SF of new Lobby, Offices, Dressing Rooms and Bathroom addition, 6,000 SF of renovation to existing meeting and locker room spaces and modifying 3,700 SF of existing classroom space into an indoor small bore rifle range. Parking modifications of the existing parking area will be included in the scope of work. *Information regarding subcontractor bidding has not been disclosed to the content management team at this time.
