Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Halifax, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
At Richmond Park Water Treatment Plant, work includes, but is not limited to: roof replacement, HVAC upgrades, plumbing upgrades, replacement of miscellaneous process piping and valves, chemical feed system upgrades which includes replacement of existing chemical bulk and day tanks, all associated piping, transfer pumps, and associated electrical and instrumentation. At the YMCA Camp Chemical Treatment Facility, work includes, but is not limited to, limited to, roof replacement, plumbing upgrades, and chemical feed system upgrades which includes replacement of existing chemical bulk and day tanks, all associated piping, transfer pumps, and associated electrical and instrumentation. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount. A Performance Bond and Labor and Materials Payment Bond each in the amount of 100% of the contract price will be required. Minimum wage rates as determined by the Commissioner of Department of Labor and Industries under the provision of the M.G.L. c. 149, 26 to 27H, as amended, apply to this project. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000.
