FY23 West Main Street and Pitchers Way Intersection Improvements Phase 1. Project is funded by Chapter 90 funds. Prequalified (or officially waived) Contractors may submit bids. West Main Street and Pitchers Way, within the limits of this project, are owned and maintained by the Town of Barnstable. The improvements consist of the construction of pedestrian curb ramps, traffic signal reconstruction, and associated roadway work. As the roadways are owned and operated by the Town of Barnstable, all material, work, and traffic management must meet with the approval of the Town of Barnstable for payment to be made.
