The Contract Documents may be obtained at the Town Clerk's Office noted above on September 19, 2022, during regular business hours of 9:00 a.m. to 3:45 p.m., Monday through Friday. The work required under this Contract consists of furnishing all supervision, labor and personnel, equipment and ancillary support necessary to complete the work described within these specifications. In general, this work consists of furnishing and installing lighting on Hopewell Recreation Field 5. All workmanship shall conform to the latest edition of the NYS Department of Transportation Standard Specifications, Construction and Materials. Each Bidder must furnish, with his Bid, Bid Security in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the amount bid. This security may be in the form of a certified check payable to the "Town of East Fishkill", a bid bond, or cash. In addition, each Bid must be accompanied by a properly executed non-collusion affidavit. No Bidder may withdraw his Bid within forty-five (45) days of the bid opening. This Contract is subject to the prevailing wage determination made by the New York State Department of Labor. The Town of East Fishkill reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informalities therein, or to award the Contract to any Bidder if deemed to be in the best interest of the Town to do so.
