The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals from qualified sources to establish one or more contracts through competitive negotiation for the procurement of professional services that meets the County's need for architectural, interior design, and engineering services. Location Where Work Will Be Performed: Warren County Virginia. Term of Contract: This Contract shall be in effect beginning with the date of the final signature on the contract and continuing (if not otherwise terminated pursuant to the terms of this agreement) through twelve (12) months in the first term and twelve (12) months in subsequent terms, with the option of four (4) one-year renewals on the anniversary date, if agreed to by both parties, for a maximum total contract period of five (5) years, in accordance with the enclosed statement of needs and terms and conditions. Any proposal received after the specified date and time will not be considered and will be returned unopened. No responsibility will be attached to any County personnel for the premature opening of a proposal not properly addressed and identified on the outside of a sealed envelope.
