Renovation of a mixed-use development in N Riverside, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and theater / auditorium.
All bids offered must be accompanied by bid security in the form of certifi ed check or bid bond made payable to the Owner in the amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount of the aggregate of the bid as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted, a contract will be entered into and the performance of the contract properly secured. The successful bidder for the project is required to furnish Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the bid amount, with sureties to be approved by the Owner, and in the form required by the Bidding Documents. The successful bidder is required to pay the general prevailing wage for work under this Contract as ascertained by the Illinois Department of Labor, and shall submit certifi ed payroll records, in compliance with the Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130) and the requirements of the Bidding Documents. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids or any part thereof. Published in RB Landmark September 21, 2022
