The City of Burlington (the City) seeks a qualified and experienced contractor to provide all necessary labour, equipment and materials for the sealing (caulking) of concrete cracks along the Spencer Smith Park Promenade and the Brant Street Pier as part of the Citys ongoing maintenance of the locations. The contract will be for a First Term of one (1) year with up to four (4) optional extensions of one (1) year each. Note that while the contract term is for one (1) year intervals, all work is expected to be carried out during the months of April-May and/or September-November as determined in coordination with the Contract Administrator. The City has an annual budget of up to $25,000 allocated to this crack sealing maintenance program.
