Renovation of a fire / police facility in Hamilton, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 235,000-square-foot, one-story above grade fire / police facility.
As of October 14th, 2022, the bid results will not be available until reviewed and awarded by the County Commissioners. It usually takes 3 to 4 weeks for the bid award. Bidders are required to complete and submit with proposal ALL forms that are included with the specifications packet. Bidders are required to use the forms furnished by the County when submitting their proposal. The Board of Butler County Commissioners reserves the right to waive informalities, to reject any and all proposals, to accept the proposal which is in the best interest of the County as determined by the Board, and to hold proposal valid for ninety (90) days from the bid date. Proposals are to be SEALED and delivered to the office of the Butler County Sheriff's Office, and each proposal shall bear on its face the name and address of the bidder and shall be plainly marked "Request for Proposal No. 2022-007, Installation of Building Automation System (BAS System). The Butler County Correctional Facility is a single story correctional facility and is approximately 235,000 square feet and built in 2002.
