The City of Forest Grove is seeking proposals for low voltage cabling services as described in this proposal. Project Description The City is currently doing an construction project to build a new a 8,372 square-foot two-story building, called the Development Services Annex, directly adjacent to the north of the 8,741 square-foot two-story City Hall which is being remodeled as part of the project. In general, work includes removal of existing low voltage cable in the City Hall and installation of new CAT-6 cabling throughout the existing City Hall and a new building that is being constructed adjacent to the City Hall. The two buildings are connected on each floor. Conduits and raceways are being provided as part of the construction. Selected contractor will need to coordinate installation with Lease Crutcher Lewis (LCL) who is the Construction Manager/General Contractor for the project. Installation of the cable is targeted to begin December 14, 2022. Prevailing Wage / Public Works This solicitation is for a public works project which is subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870. All construction completed as part of this project will be subject to Oregon BOLI Prevailing Wage Rates and all associated requirements.
