DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Theproject includes providing anelectrical service to the existingCity shop building and providingall lighting, unit heaters, con-duits, conductors, thermostats,panels, meter, disconnect, cir-cuit breakers, transformer, etc.as shown in the contract docu-ments. SITE OF WORK: The project islocated on the south end oftown in Wendover, Utah. The scale ofthe reduced drawings is aboutone-half of the original scale. Iffull-scale drawings are desired,they may be purchased at re-production cost (not refundable)from the office of the Engineer. COMPLETION OF WORK: AllWork shall be completed within60 calendar days after the datewhen the Contract Times com-mence to run as provided inparagraph 4.01 and 15.03 of theGeneral Conditions, and com-pleted and ready for final pay-ment in accordance with para-graph 15.06 of the GeneralConditions within 75 calendardays after the date when theContract Times commence torun. Time is of the essence PRE-BID SITE VISIT: There willnot be a pre-bid site visit for thisproject. The bidders are stronglyencouraged to visit the site ontheir own and coordinate withthe City to become familiar withthe access and conditions of thesite prior to preparing their bid.
