Renovation of a mixed-use development in North Ogden, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and theater / auditorium.
Weber School District is requesting bids for the Lighting Retro of Fremont High Schools Auditorium. Work can begin after May 20, 2023 and MUST be completed prior to August 20, 2023. Liquidated damages: For each day after the expiration on the Contract Time that the work is not complete after August 20, 2023, Contractor shall pay the owner the amount of $1000.00 a day as liquidated damages. Persons or companies bidding on this project shall hold a current Utah Contractor's License covering the type of work to be done and shall be bondable to the amount of the Contract. Q & A deadline: Sep 26, 2022 12:00:00 PM EDT A bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount, made payable to Weber School District, must be procured and submitted to Weber School District within 24 hours after the bid due time. The Board of Education, Weber School District, reserve the right to accept or reject any or all portions of the bid and to waive any abnormality or technicality in the bid process as they determine to be in their best interest. Low bid is no way binding upon our district and final selection and honoring of the bid will be made by our office.
