Single Prime Contract for the completion of all work. Includes scopes for HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection; Painting of structural steel; Metalwork (custom metal wall panels and metal ceiling); Concrete repair; Traffic Coating; Insulation; etc. M/WBE Goals: This project is financed, in part, by a $400,000 grant from Empire State Development Corporation (ESD). The Contractor is required to use Good Faith Efforts to achieve diversity goals for the project. For the purposes of this project, there is an overall Minority and Women Business Enterprise (MWBE) Participation goal of 40%, a Minority Business Enterprise participation goal of 20%, and a Women Business Enterprise (WBE) Participation goal of 20%. These participation goals are relative to the total value of funding provided by ESD: Overall MWBE Participation shall total no less than $160,000 MBE Participation shall total no less than $80,000 WBE Participation shall total no less than $80,000. Contract IFB-6859A requires execution of a Project Labor Agreement (PLA). Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 20% Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 20% Contract term: 545 Consecutive Days
