One contract will be awarded to the responsible proposer who submits the lowest qualified bid and best availability The successful proposer shall anticipate a Notice of Award within 30-days after the proposals have been reviewed and a Notice of to Proceed shall be issued shortly thereafter. Attention is called to the fact that not less than the minimum salaries and wages, as set forth in the Contract Documents must be paid on this project. d Thousand Dollars and Zero The City of Wilkes-Barre encourages minority owned firms, women's business enterprises, and labor surplus area firms to submit proposals.
