Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre (RVH) Located in Barrie, Ontario objective with this RFP is to award an agreement for the Security Modernization System as well as a Service Maintenance Agreement for the systems listed below: - Access Control and Alarm Monitoring System - Video Surveillance System - Interior/Exterior Code White (Panic/Duress) The award will include the Security System Modernization, including decommissioning of the existing systems, and a Service Maintenance Agreement for the Systems. ACCESS CONTROL AND ALARM MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (ACAMS) -The approved prequalified manufacturers for the enterprise level Access Control and Alarm Management System are: Genetec Security Center if using Genetec as a Video Management System platform, or Lenel S2 OnGuard Pro if using Milestone XProtect as a Video Management System. Integrators must be fully certified to provide one of the approved systems. No exceptions to the above shall be made. NETWORK VIDEO SURVEILLANCE SYSTEM (NVSS) - The approved prequalified manufacturers for the enterprise level Network Video Surveillance System are: Genetec Security Center if using Genetec as an Access Control and Alarm Management Platform, or Milestone XProtect Corporate if using Lenel S2 as an Access Control and Alarm Management Platform. Integrators must be fully certified to provide one of the approved systems. No exceptions to the above shall be made. RVH is seeking to upgrade and modernize its three (3) categories of security systems across its main hospital campus (2 sites) and four (4) satellite sites. Specifically, the RFP includes for the supply, installation, programming, testing/commissioning, warranty and maintenance of equipment, materials and software required to modernize the Access Control and Alarm Monitoring, Video Surveillance and Code White (Panic/Duress) security systems integrated across seven sites.
