The Samares School Service Center is a public primary, secondary and vocational training organization. As part of the Connected Villages programme, it has had a fiber optic network built with public and private partners which covers the whole of its territory. The Center de services scolaire des Samares, CS Scolaire Sir-Wilfrid-Laurier, MRC Montcalm, MRC d'Autray, MRC Matawinie, Bande Passante Inc. (MASKATEL), College Esther-Blondin, College Champagneur and the Atikamekw Council of Manawan are joint owners of a GLOBAL NETWORK of optical fibers whose management methods are governed by an Agreement between the owners of a GLOBAL NETWORK of optical fibers. For this purpose, INFORMATION As of November 4, 2022, any person or company will be able to obtain the tender documents on the website of the Electronic Tendering System. The CSSS is looking for a firm to maintain and repair its fiber optic network extending over more than 600 kilometers and connecting more than 180 buildings. To do this, it wishes to entrust a firm specializing in this field with the following duties according to TWO (2) components:
Component A: set up a telephone call center to answer service calls, and this for the entire network: backbone and ACCESS except inside buildings;
Part B: carry out, when required, repairs, improvements or additions to the network and this on the basis of fee-for-service based on agreed-upon unit prices. IMPORTANT DATES

CLOSING OF OFFICES If, for exceptional circumstances, the PUBLIC BODY has to close its doors on the day indicated for the site visit and/or for the receipt of tenders, this date will be postponed to the next working day, at the same places and times.
