The PUBLIC BODYs territory covers the cities of Longueuil, Brossard and Saint -Lambert (including, where applicable, their respective boroughs). The Works required must be carried out in accordance with the Quotation, according to the price indicated in the Price Schedule. Article 19 of the Regulation respecting construction work contracts of public bodies (RCTC) states that a public body may enter into a performance-on-demand contract with one or more contractors. Moreover, article 20.1 of the RCTC specifies that when the contract for execution on demand is concluded with several contractors, the requests for execution are attributed to the contractor who submitted the lowest price, unless the latter ci cannot follow up on it, in which case the other contractors are contacted according to their respective rank . For this call for tenders, the PUBLIC BODY relies on article 20.1 of the RCTC. The PUBLIC BODY does not undertake to accept any of the tenders received. Tender documents can only be obtained through the electronic tendering system.
