Site work for a water / sewer project in Marysville, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of December 19, 022, the project has been awarded. A timeline for construction has not been confirmed. Work shall consist of retrofitting the existing Stormwater management detention basin to incorporate water quality features by re-grading the basin area, installing organic amended soil, stone, replacing the existing inlet structure, grading for a new swale into the basin, and restoration of all areas impacted by construction activities. CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 10/28/2022 6:00 PM Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to the Owner in an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid or bids. Only bonds from companies licensed to do business in the State where the Owner is located will be accepted and the bond shall so state same. Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Rates will apply to this contract. Bids must be submitted unconditionally. No bidder may withdraw bid within Sixty 60 days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities, or to reject any or all bids. *Information regarding subcontractor bidding has not been disclosed to the content management team at this time.
