Estimated Project Value: $75,000 - $100,000 The project is for removal of an existing timber deck and railing system, installation of a concrete deck and new railings, as well as minor grading, drainage improvements, and paving. Each proposal must be accompanied by an original certified check or bid bond payable to Dauphin County in an amount not less than Ten percent (10%) of the bid total. Only bonds from companies licensed to do business in the State where the Owner is located will be accepted and the bond shall so state same. Bids must be submitted unconditionally. No bidder may withdraw bid within 60 days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids. The contractor must familiarize himself with the site prior to submitting a bid. Dauphin County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any defects or irregularities in the best interest
