Clean Water Services (District) wishes to purchase liquid ammonium sulfate in bulk quantities under a twelve-month contract that will begin November 1, 2022 and has the option to be renewed for one year. Interested vendors must submit bids. Before Bidders can submit their bids, they will need to register with Bid Locker at website. There is no cost to register. Late bids will not be considered for award. Website) under the name of the procurement. You will need to submit a valid email address to receive instructions on downloading a copy of the ITB. Your email address will be saved in the District's Bid Holders List and your email will be used to send you automatic notifications when District posts a new document or changes information related to this ITB. Bidders are responsible for obtaining any Addenda by using the link provided in the automatic email or from District's Website. If you experience problems downloading the ITB, please contact Ms. Blasingame at (503) 681-4458. Bidders need not be licensed under ORS 468A.720 (regarding licensing of contractors on projects involving asbestos abatement). District may reject any bid not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements and may reject for good cause any bid upon a finding by District that it is in the public interest to do so.
