Renovation of a municipal facility in Tybee Island, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The purpose of the bid is to solicit competitive bids from qualified contractors for the refurbishment of the wood shake roof on the Tybee Island Pier located at the end of Tybrisa Street on Tybee Island. Contractor will be repairing the main pier roof and the small roof at the end of the pier. Bidders are not to contact any County Department directly.
