Metro North, Oak Park, and Metro South Taylor State Police Posts - Boilers Replacements. 1. Demolish existing boiler, water heater, water heater storage tank, pumps, piping and all associated accessories. 2. Provide new condensing boiler, indirect water heater, boiler breeching, heating hot water piping, heating hot water and domestic water pumps, gas piping, piping components and all associated accessories. 3. Provide new controls for new boilers, indirect water heater and pumps and connect to existing controls to remain. 4. Rework existing drywall enclosure to accommodate new boiler breeching thru roof. 5. Provide electrical modifications as required to accommodate boiler and pump replacement.
