Professional design consultant services for cypress bayou green infrastructure project BREC reserves the right to reject any or all proposals for just cause and to waive any informalities. All questions concerning the Request for Proposal must be received in accordance with the Schedule of Events and Procedures for Questions/Clarifications as cited in the RFP document.
