Removal and disposal of protective coatings with hazardous and non-hazardous materials, preparation of surfaces, finish coatings, weld repair of corrosion damage which are part of the pumping and generating facilities and on the water conveyance system of the State Water Project (SWP). The anticipated term of this agreement is three (3) years with the option to renew for three (3) additional one (1) year terms. In submitting your bid, you must comply with these instructions. Inquiries regarding the processing of this bid should be referred to Kimberly A. Alvarez at (916) 902-8073. Before commencing work under this contract, Contractor will furnish DWR with both a payment bond and a performance bond. Each bond will be equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount Bidder's Bond must be equal to 10% of the bid amount Anticipated start date of agreement is December 1, 2022 The State may reject all bids if deemed necessary.
