Demolition, site work and addition to a water / sewer project in Prescott, Arizona. Working plans call for the addition of a water / sewer project; for the demolition of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The owner has selected a Design Builder. Construction would likely not start until late 2023. The ICR Sanitary District is issuing a Request for Proposal, seeking the design and construction of improvements and expansion of it's wastewater treatment plant at 14000 Grey Bears Trail in Prescott, AZ. The expansion will increase daily plant processing capacity from 90,000 gallons per day to 170,000 gallons per day. Selection will be made based on project cost and the firm's relevant experience. A maximum of three (3) firms may be selected during the evaluation for an interview prior to final selection. ICRSD reserves the right to reject any or all submittals. A stipend of up to $1,500 is available to be paid to unsuccessful bidders submitting a fully responsive proposal meeting all the criteria in the RFP. Selection of a firm does not constitute a binding agreement until a written contract is signed by both parties. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
