ESRI has already stopped releasing newer versions of ArcMap, and all new functionality is focused on the Utility Network and ArcGIS Pro. The City of San Bernardino Municipal Water Department (SBMWD) is requesting proposals from a qualified Geographic Information Systems (GIS) consultant (Consultant) to migrate the existing Geometric Network and implement ESRI Utility Network for the Water Distribution and Wastewater Collection Systems. Other Details Each Consultant submitting a proposal response shall demonstrate successful implementation three (3) projects within the last five years with similar security integration design and implementation at minimum. Project experiences with a water/wastewater utility or other governmental agency is preferred. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
