This solicitation is being issued by the Salt Lake City School District (SLCSD) to award a five (5) year contract beginning approximately November 1, 2022 to provide chain link fence modifications and repairs for the Salt Lake City School District. Provide chain link fence modifications and repairs per the specifications, terms and conditions contained herein. To ensure that you fully understand this solicitation and the requirements contained herein, you must download and review ALL attachments. By responding to this solicitation, the offeror/bidder represents that he/she has examined, read and familiarized him/herself with the requirements of the solicitation documents. ALL questions concerning this solicitation must be submitted in writing through this Periscope Source system. Questions submitted in any other format will not be addressed. Only answers issued through the system or issued via an authorized and properly issued addendum shall be the official position of the State. DO NOT Contact the SLCSD maintenance department during this procurement process. Doing so may result in your SOQ being rejected as non-responsive. The question and answer period ends at 7:00 A.M. on Tuesday, October 4, 2022. Any modification to this procurement effort shall be made by addendum issued by the SLCSD. Only authorized and properly issued addenda shall constitute the official binding position of the SLCSD. Anyone submitting a response to this solicitation, based on other communication or information received from sources other than through official addendum, assumes full risk including the possibility of a determination of non-responsiveness. This solicitation may result in a single contract award or multiple contract awards at the sole discretion of the SLCSD. If multiple awards are made, that decision will be in accordance with the State of Utah Procurement Code, Utah Code Annotated (UCA) Chapter 63G-6a-1204.5.
