Renovation of a museum in Salt Lake City, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a museum.
Gramoll has been awarded the contract for providing seismic and other miscellaneous upgrades to the Rio Grande Depot building in Salt Lake City. Gramoll is currently soliciting bids for interior demolition, including the salvage of historical materials as well as mechanical and electrical elements. Demolition will occur in two phases as outlined in Bid Packages 1 and 2. Work for the first phase will begin immediately following the awarding of the contract. The second phase of demolition will occur following abatement. The building address is 300 South Rio Grande Street in Salt Lake City. The scope of work includes, but not limited to, the following: CONCRETE Concrete Demolition Structural Excavation & Fill Footings Slab-on-Grade Slab-on-Deck Patch Cast-in-Place Concrete Walls & Beams Shotcrete Rebar, including Drilling & Epoxy Dowels, including Drilling & Epoxy PLASTER New Plaster Finishes at Grand Lobby GFRG Architectural Features Plaster Repairs
