The project consists of returning the parking garage to a safe structural condition to permit a full re-opening. Limited modifications are being made to the existing structure to repair fire-damaged concrete and to relocate post-tension strand anchorage points. Work at the second level includes concrete resurfacing, crack repair, and application of traffic topping. Work at the third level includes concrete resurfacing, concrete repairs, crack repairs, post tension strand re-anchorage, and application of traffic topping.
