Renovation of a mixed-use development in Boonville, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
**As of November 04 ,2022, project was awarded, most likely be starting the project in the Spring.** The Town Board of the Town of Boonville, NY, invites sealed bids for the replacement of the roof on the Town and Village Office Building located at 13149 State Route 12, including any and all ancillary roof canopies. The work shall consist, in brief, of the following: removal of existing roofing materials, including existing solar panels; removal and replacement of any rotten subroofing; removal and relocation of bathroom and chimney vents; installation of standing seam roofing panels using concealed fasteners; and installation of ridge vent, ice and water shield and rake trim drip edge. Each bidder, when submitting a bid, shall be required to provide, among other things, a bid bond, cash or certified check in an amount of ten percent (10%) of the amount bid, together with a statement of noncollusion, both in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. The Town Board reserves the right to waive any informalities in or to reject any or all bids. The three (3) lowest bidders may not withdraw their bids within thirty (30) days after the date set for the opening thereof.
