CR Number: 2089116 Binghamton University is seeking a qualified contractor to renovate a 19,000 square foot area of the first floor and a small portion of the second floor of the existing building at 10 Gannett Drive, Johnson City NY 13790 in order to create a Library Collection Management Facility. The general construction scope of work includes but is not limited to the demolition of existing walls, ceilings, flooring and shelving, the construction of new walls, ceiling and flooring. Installation of new interior and exterior doors, new cabinetry, grinding of the existing concrete slab to improve flatness. The modification and re-installation of some existing shelving and providing the wire guidance system for a material life which will be provided by the owner.
