The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, the following: renovation of municipal and town hall offices. As of September 26, 2022, a general contractor has not yet been selected for this project. A firm construction timeline for this project has not yet been released. Qualified bidders may submit bids for project as described in this Document. Submit bids according to the Instructions to Bidders. 1. The Municipality is an Equal Opportunity employer. 2. The Municipality shall govern submittal, opening, and award of bids. Project Description: Phase 2 Construction: Project consists of Interior architectural, mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, and electrical renovation of the Village Hall and Maintenance Buildings. Owner will receive sealed lump sum bids until the bid time and date at the location given below. Owner will consider bids prepared in compliance with the Instructions to Bidders issued by Owner, and delivered as follows: Bidders Request for Clarifications: The last day for any Bidder Requests for Clarifications will be September 13th, 3:00 pm. Architect will respond to bidders questions by Thursday September 20, 2022. A. Successful bidder shall begin the Work on receipt of the Notice to Proceed and shall complete the Work within the Contract Time. Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades and be able to obtain insurance and bonds required for the Work. Performance Bond, separate Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Insurance in a form acceptable to Owner will be required of the successful Bidder.
