The purpose of this bid is to select Vendor(s) to provide wall mounted refrigerated hands-free water coolers and wall mounted refrigerated hands-free water coolers and bottle fillers for schools and ancillary sites throughout Polk County Public Schools district. This bid is for material only. The installation phase will be bid at a later date. Polk County Public Schools will be using ESSER 3 funding and as such the vendor(s) must comply with the Federal Contract Provisions listed in the General Terms and Conditions of this document. The awarded bidder will be required to provide a delivered per unit price. The bidder's per unit price must include delivery in the per unit bid price. The quantities listed in this document reflect the estimated needs for this project. All costs (including travel expenses) shall be included in the bidder's line-item price.
