The QUESTIONS receiving date has been extended to Wednesday, October 5, 2022, 4:00 p.m. Polk County, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, requests the submittal of proposals from vendors that are interested in providing Audio Visual & Broadcast System Configuration and Installation as described herein. 22-620, Audio Visual and Broadcast System Configuration & Installation Provide configuration, purchase, and installation of a new audio video equipment in the room 407 Conference Room. The configuration should integrate features so that the conference room can be used independently with or without the TV Broadcast elements. Questions regarding this RFP must be in writing and must be sent to Danielle Rose Procurement Analyst, via email at daniellerose@polk-county.net or via fax at (863) 534- 6789. All questions must be received by, Monday, October 3, 2022, 4:00 p.m. Shortlist Confirmed.
